Phil Roth is the founder and President of Habitat Hospitality Design. Phil’s previous experience in the hospitality industry gives him an obvious advantage in the furniture design industry, with a unique eye and understanding of what really works.
As a previous owner and general manager for Hotel Milano, a 300 room hotel in San Francisco, he has come to appreciate the owner’s concerns for durable and functional furniture, and at the same time he has a true appreciation for art and good design.
Based on conversations with Phil, we developed a travel and green concept that brought forth the heart and soul of his vision in this new venture. Everything from the logo to the website follows the concept carefully.
The non-traditional business cards can be used as eco-friendly travel tags for luggage, tags for furniture or tags on bottles for gifts.
Based both in California and in Indonesia, the logo needed a touch of both worlds plus, a signature angle and a dash of green inspiration. The result was something that truly represents the company and its spirit.

Habitat Hospitality Design (HHD) is an independent, creatively led, eco-friendly furniture design & manufacturing company that creates a feel-good sensation between the companies and their guests with the furniture they create.
The website was created with Flash and CSS and showcases not only the products but also a more persona and unique angle for the company as a whole.
